I was invited to give a talk today (March 27th) at the Women's fellowship group of St Anne's Church here in South Chingford.

Since the return from my trip to South Africa on February 23rd I have been in touch with the Reverend Jude of St Anne's Church. He is still very enthusiastic in wanting to support One Life on a long term basis which is wonderful and feels like nothing short of a miracle.

The final total of the money quickly raised for the purchase of bats and balls etc to be purchased on my arrival in South Africa came to a wonderful £700 . This was shared between Nancy at the Thandukuphila Centre and Frans Ballack of Hope Project.

On the 23rd of February I returned to the U.K from my trip to S. Africa. It was a very worthwhile trip and I was able to visit and see the renovation of the new feeding centre connected to Nancy and the Thandukuphila Centre. Sadly because of inadequate funding the feeding centre was unable to open at the end of January as previously hoped for.
